Online and face-to-face sessions
An initial 30-minute fee-free consultation is held via Zoom to talk through your current concerns and to aid you in deciding whether you feel that I am the therapist to support you on your therapeutic journey.
Choosing a competent and experienced therapist is important as advanced training and expertise are needed to 'hold' the client's process while conversing openly and non-shaming about deeply intimate experiences and traumatic episodes.
Do ask in-depth questions of the proposed therapist that you wish to work with. A weekend module that is part of a counseling qualification is NOT enough training to support and help heal from trauma and abuse.
There is a 48-hour cooling-off process post-consultation, and it's then for you to choose to work with me. I shall then diarise a schedule of appointments so that you will have an overview of the therapeutic pathway.
Sessions can be held weekly or fortnightly. But preference is given to weekly sessions as the gap between fortnightly sessions can be even more significant should a holiday or sickness arise. Fortnightly sessions also have the effect of prolonging the therapy although I do appreciate that finances have to take precedence when deciding.
There is a rolling 6-session review to take stock of developments and any shifting goals and focus.

Fees for online therapy
Fees: Individuals £85 - 50 mins session
Couples £115 - 60 mins session
I offer a discount to NHS staff, Students, and Low earners who can attend sessions between the hours of 10-4. Please check for availability.
All fees are paid in advance by monthly debit/Invoice or on the day by bank transfer/Paypal/Cash.
